• If you see a specific dog listed that you are interested in please contact the coordinator listed with the dog. If you are interested in adopting an English Shepherd when a dog comes available please contact us. Please be sure to include where you are located and a way to contact you (i.e. phone number)
• Fill out this Adoption Application and sign the electronic version of the contract (pdf) and send it to the coordinator you have been working with for approval.
• Donation: NESR requests a donation for each dog adopted to help defray our expenses. NESR provides any medical care needed, and foster homes for all our dogs, this donation rarely covers everything we have spent but helps defray the costs.
• Transportation: It is the responsibility of the adopter to pay for transportation from the foster home, the crate (if needed) and the health certification from a Veterinarian (if needed). The coordinator you are working with will be able to give you an estimate of these expenses.
